Biography

Dr. Haerr is an Indiana Licensed, Board Certified Radiation Oncologist.  Dr. Haerr is credentialed at several hospitals within Indiana and specifically practices at Hux Cancer Center – Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana. 

Dr. Haerr graduated from Creighton University School of Medicine, Omaha, Nebraska in 1976.  After graduating from Medical School he did an Internship in Categorical Medicine; a Residency in Internal Medicine and a Fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at the Naval Regional Medical Center in San Diego, California; followed by a Radiation Oncology Residency at Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine in Norfolk, Virginia completing that program in 1986. 

During Dr. Haerr’s tenure as a Radiation Oncologist, he has participated in many professional societies and professional committees.  Dr. Haerr has also participated and continues to participate in several medical research groups and has been published several times.
