Biography

Dr. Oaks received his medical and PhD degrees from State University of New York – Upstate Medical University in 2018. He completed his residency in radiation oncology in 2023 at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC.
Dr. Oaks has years of experience with radiosurgery, stereotactic body radiotherapy, brachytherapy and image guidance techniques.
